Senior Business Analyst - IT (Remote) with Portuguese and Spanish

We are looking for a Mid-Level/Senior Business Analyst - IT (Remote) with fluent Portuguese and Spanish to join our team.

What you need to have:

• Live in Mexico City or be available to relocate;
• Experience with requirements analysis, specification, and prototyping techniques in agile teams (mockups);
• Strategic vision of the Product and Backlog;
• Business Analysis skills;
• Experience with functional testing and test case creation;
• Business understanding and a holistic view;
• Negotiation skills and flexibility;
• Excellent communication (clear and didactic);
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Experience with Design Thinking, user experience, workflow mapping, and business process mapping will be a plus;
• Advanced or fluent English will be a plus;
• Experience in the insurance market will be a plus.

What you will do:

• Maintain the Product Backlog, adding new items and facilitating their refinement at the requirements level so that items are ready for development in future Sprints;
• Deeply understand business objectives and the needs of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with requirements;
• Align communication with the team and client regarding both Sprint scope and Backlog items;
• Oversee and/or execute functional tests (QA) and Client Acceptance Tests (UAT), ensuring a safe transition to application usage;
• Continuously seek new business opportunities and alternatives to add more value to the client.
